Phantom Charters operates out of Whakatane and specialises in group fishing and dive charters.  Phantom Charters is owned and operated by Ken & Bev Greenhough. The Phantom is an 11m alloy, Senator Catamaran that is stable, fast with heaps of room to fish and dive from. There is a toilet and shower on board and is very comfortable for fishing with 8 to 10 people.

We fish from Matata west of Whakatane, out to White Island and east past Te Kaha. We have a dive master instructor available on request.

If required we can supply bait and tackle. We have excellent rods and reels for deep-water fishing along with plenty of rods and tackle for bottom fishing.  We specialise in providing personalised fishing and dive charters out of Whakatane to groups of up to 8 people and cater for the experienced angler to the first time angler.
